SpuddySearch provides an SMS-based search service that uses artificial intelligence to answer questions sent via text message. The Service includes:

  • Processing search queries sent via SMS
  • Delivering AI-generated responses
  • Web dashboard for account management
  • Personalization features for enhanced responses

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with a unique username and password
  • Verify your phone number
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

  • New users receive 10 free searches
  • No payment information required for trial
  • Trial searches do not expire

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly Plan: £4.99 per month
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@spuddysearch.com for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use automated systems without permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service

6. SMS Usage and Charges

  • Standard SMS rates from your mobile carrier apply
  • We are not responsible for SMS charges from your carrier
  • International SMS may incur additional charges
  • You can stop SMS at any time by texting "STOP"

7. AI-Generated Content

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and:

  • May not always be accurate or complete
  • Should not replace professional advice
  • Should be verified for important decisions
  • Are not intended for emergency situations

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated responses.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of SpuddySearch. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpuddySearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
